Good quality, delivery took a bit

I ordered a 20kg bag of Croquettes Dr. Clauder's Agneau et Riz for my dog last month. The ordering process on the website was straightforward enough, no real issues there. This order, however, took closer to a week and a half to arrive in Florida. Usually it's faster, like 5 days. It wasn't urgent, but still, a bit of a wait. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about the delay, which was a plus. I just wish the delivery was more consistent.
